With the announcement that OCP is, after more than 18 months, beginning to collect dues it is time to make this announcement as well.

OCP has never had any intention to, and will not, use any membership dues to pay for the civil suit filed against the incorporators by OPEA. OCP does however need help to fight this battle.

With this being said, we have started a Legal Defense Fund.  It is here that you can help with this unfortunate part of OCP.  It is completely voluntary and if there is any money left in the fund when this frivolous and unfounded suit is adjudicated, those monies will be transferred to the OCEMF.  Please make checks payable to 'OCP Legal Defense Fund'.  You may mail your donations to the address below.  Thank you in advance for any donations.
