OCP Meets with Director Jones, Introduces new Executive Director

On December 11th, Oklahoma Corrections Professionals Board Members David Ramsey, William Weldon, and Glen Coleman met with DOC Director Justin Jones to introduce OCP’s new Executive Director, Amanda Ewing. In the hour-long meeting
the group discussed their respective efforts to avoid furloughs and the current proposal to offer deferred compensation in lieu of furloughs. OCP looks forward to continuing the communication and cooperation between the agency and the association in the months to come.
